Acting Up has been working in the Health & Safety sector since 1997.

We use the power of storytelling to elicit a direct emotional response with regards to Health & Safety within a range of industries across the world including Oil & Gas, Construction, Ship-building, General Industry and the Armed Forces.

The writing and designing of our projects is very much a work of passion, both on the part of Acting Up and our clients; as we work internationally and in various languages, we work closely with our partners to adapt the scripts to reflect any cultural sensitivities or specific issues within the company and its workforce.

Key to our success is that we reflect the reality of the work environment and, as a result, we engage the individual and the group in the training; as part of that we present our monologues and training modules in a variety of locations including heliports, rigs and HSE conferences.

Our direct experience of the challenges in changing behaviour as part of the health and safety environment allows us to step in as independent consultants and transform the emotional engagement of the management and workforce – a key factor in creating a safer environment for all.
